We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst with expertise in Exchange and Office 365 to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to Exchange Server and Office 365 services. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
1. Provide technical support and assistance for Exchange Server and Office 365 related queries and issues.
2. Respond to and resolve tickets, emails, and phone calls from end-users in a timely manner.
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose Exchange and Office 365 service disruptions, connectivity issues, and performance problems.
4. Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
5. Assist in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Exchange Server and Office 365 environments.
6. Perform routine system monitoring, maintenance, and reporting tasks to ensure the stability and performance of Exchange and Office 365 services.
7. Document support processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest Exchange Server and Office 365 technologies, updates, and best practices.
9. Provide training and guidance to end-users on Exchange and Office 365 features, functionality, and usage.
10. Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support as needed.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Technical Support Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Exchange Server and Office 365 support.
3. In-depth knowledge of Exchange Server administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
4. Strong understanding of Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
5. Experience with PowerShell scripting for Exchange and Office 365 administration tasks.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, or similar are a plus.
9. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tickets simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
10. Knowledge of ITIL framework and experience working in an ITIL-based environment is preferred.
