SplendidWeb As your web designer, my role is to design and develop a professional website based on the specifications you provide. I am committed to ethical practices and compliance with industry standards. However, it is important to clarify my position regarding the use of the website once it is delivered.
SplendidWeb Limitation of Responsibility After final delivery and approval of the website, I am not responsible or liable for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical use of the website by the client or its users. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Scam operations (e.g., fake investment, job, or eCommerce sites)
  • Collection or misuse of personal/user data
  • Money laundering or unauthorized financial activities
  • Hosting or distribution of prohibited content
SplendidWeb Disclaimer of Association with Fraudulent Activity I, the web designer, completely dissociate myself from any website that is later used for fraudulent or criminal purposes. The development of a website does not imply endorsement or involvement in its operations or any future activities conducted through it. If a website designed by me is reported, blacklisted, or shut down due to fraudulent activity, I am in no way affiliated or accountable, and I reserve the right to report such abuse to appropriate authorities if brought to my attention.
Client Responsibility The client bears full responsibility for how the website is used after project completion. The client must change their password, as SplendidWeb will not be held responsible for any losses of any kind. Clients must ensure that their website content, services, and user interactions comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

No Ongoing Oversight Unless a separate agreement is signed for ongoing website management or monitoring, I do not maintain, operate, or monitor any website post-handover.

Acknowledgment By working with SplendidWeb, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms. Any misuse of the website is solely the responsibility of the client, and I am released from any legal or ethical liability related to such actions.
